Just to keep friends in the picture, the love of my life had a problem with one of her eyes over the weekend.
She visited the optician this morning and was referred to RUH casualty; they diagnosed a detached retina and sent her to
She was due to have an operation at 5.30 tonight but it was postponed at the last moment.
She has stayed in overnight, and hope to have the operation early tomorrow.
