We purchased 2 world travel bags at a well known mail order company; they came in nine different colours so we bought a blue one and a pink one (easy to spot at the airport).

Please complete the Returns section on the back of the Invoice and enclose it with your Bag. As soon as your Bag is returned, a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible. The cost of bringing the world travel bag back 10,000 miles would be more than the cost of buying a new one.
I just wondered how good your customer service was, now I know please remove me from your mailing list.
And I will publish the details and pictures of the bag on my blog (around 500-page views a week).
