I was sorry to hear of the death of Chris Harris a stalwart of Panto in
the South West, first in Bristol and then Bath where for many years
Chris wrote and appeared in pantomime, my picture shows his as Nancy the
Nit Nurse with the unfortunate Jon Monie.
In the last 40 years I’ve photographed many theatre press calls and none were organised better than the ones that Chris directed, all the cast ready and in costume on time and he knew which small groups to set up so we had enough pictures to last through the panto season.
