Knitting Shreddies in Swanage

While we were in Swanage Shreddies had a promotion team in town.
It gave Wendy a chance to try her hand at knitting her own Shreddies and every time a member of our group passed they collected a couple of sample packets.

Looks like we’re eating Shreddies for the next few weeks.

Swanage Pier Head building.

The Pier Head buiding in Swanage was constructed as a tempory mess hall in the 1940.
And was deemed unsafe in the 1990’s and is still awaiting permission for rebuilding to include a gallery restaurant and cafe bar.
During Pubeck arts week in 2007 local artists Nina Camplin and Antonia Phillips painted these murals.

A bit dull but dry, so off to Poole for the morning.
