The man from NEFF dishwashers.
Our dishwasher packed up about 5 days ago and we really missed it.
So happy to see the engineer I had to take a few snaps of him.
He turned up on time and fixed it very efficiently but isn't on the internet so will never see the pictures.

Start of the Magna Carta Celebrations.
My picture of the Magna Carta originally from Somerset kept in Parliament House Camberra, its kept in very dim light in case it fades and you can't use flash.
Entry from, Wikipedia
In 1952 the Australian Government purchased a 1297 copy of Magna Carta for £12,500 from King's School, Bruton, England ,This copy is now on display in the Members' Hall of Parliament House, Canberra. In January 2006, it was announced by the Department of Parliamentary Services that the document had been revalued down from A$40m to A$15m

Juneero
On or recent visit to Bletchley Park I spotted this in the toy collection. It reminded me of the days before Health and Safety made the toy world so anemic.
Juneero was a sort of make it yourself Meccano, you used the little machine to cut, bend and punch holes in light weight aluminium.
And that's far too dangerous for kids today even though I still have all my fingers.
